2. Purpose of the Service

LogiPass Signal provides informational monitoring, research and analytical content relating to logistics, supply chains and related market developments.

LogiPass Live Pulse is designed to support situational awareness by presenting selected observable operational signals across monitored logistics nodes.

3. Nature of Live Pulse Signals

NORMAL, WATCH and ALERT are monitoring states generated under predefined, node-specific monitoring frameworks.

These states summarize the interpretation of selected observable indicators and do not constitute definitive confirmation that operational disruption has or has not occurred.

A WATCH or ALERT state does not necessarily mean that a port, airport, route, company or broader supply chain is disrupted. Similarly, a NORMAL state does not guarantee the absence of operational issues.

4. External Hazard Information

Information relating to earthquakes, tropical cyclones, volcanic activity and other external hazards may be provided as contextual information.

The occurrence of an external event does not automatically imply operational disruption and does not, by itself, determine a Live Pulse node state.

5. No Prediction or Guarantee

LogiPass Signal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continued availability of any information provided through the website or Live Pulse.

Monitoring results describe observed conditions under the applicable methodology at the time. They are not forecasts or guarantees of future events, disruptions, recovery or market outcomes.

6. Data Sources and Availability

LogiPass Signal relies on selected external data sources, including official, primary and other traceable sources where practical.

Source availability, data freshness, collection intervals and coverage may vary by node and may change without notice.

Third-party data sources may be delayed, modified, unavailable or discontinued beyond the control of Miscologia Advisories.

7. Methodology Changes

Monitoring frameworks, thresholds, indicators and data sources may be refined as the service develops.

Material methodology changes may be documented where appropriate. Historical states should be interpreted in the context of the monitoring rules and source conditions applicable when those states were generated.

Authorized data feeds, APIs or commercial data-use arrangements may be offered separately.
